My plastic surgery practice has evolved over the past 18 years in Honolulu. A vast majority of my practice involves the creation of natural and shapely breasts with breast implants. For saline augmentations I prefer a below the muscle placement of the breast implants through a tiny incision at the base of the nipple and not the areola. This leaves a virtuallly invisible incision and yet maintains nipple sensitivity. My patients are amazed with the shape and the natural look of their breasts with virtually invisible scars. I have found other methods are far less consistent in creating beautiful breasts without scars.
